What to Bring
Marriage License
Valid marriage license issued by City Hall
Government Photo ID
Passport or driver's license for both partners
Two Witnesses
Required for Legal Signing only — 16+ with Canadian address (or we provide for $50 each)
After the Ceremony
Your officiant will complete and mail your marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General.
Marriage Certificate: You may apply for your official certificate after 3 months, or choose our express handling service where we send documents via tracked express mail.
With express service, you may apply in approximately 4–6 weeks through Service Ontario.
