LEGAL SIGNING

STRICTLY NO EXCEPTIONS

Come in with ONLY 2 witnesses and just sign the paperwork.

Witnesses must be over 16 years of age with a Canadian address.

- ONLY the signing of the papers.
- No vows or rings exchanged.
- No photos with Officiant.​
- Anything more, please upgrade.

WHAT TO BRING
-
Marriage License: Your valid marriage license issued by City Hall.
-
Government Photo ID: A passport or driver’s license for both partners for identity verification.
-
Two Witnesses: One witness for each partner. Witnesses must have a Canadian address.

AFTER THE CEREMONY
The Officiant will complete and mail your marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General.
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE:
You may apply for your official certificate after 3 months, or you can choose our express handling service, where we send your documents to the government via tracked express mail.
With this option, you may apply for your certificate in approximately 4–6 weeks through the Service Ontario website.
